Registered Users A registered user is a user who is able to log into our web site and navigate all content without restrictions. A visitor is only granted permission to log into our site through an administrators action. Permission is granted and allocated to the user only when a member of HRRVC (Holiday Rambler Recreational Vehicle Club) remains in good standing with HRRVC bylaws and East Coast Pullers, chapter 499 bylaws. Such members in the chapter are those who have joined and continue to pay their yearly dues for the chapter and follow both HRRVC and Chapter 499 bylaws. Anyone not in good standing with either portion of the club, will be removed and only allowed to view public appointed pages within the web site. This site does not allow any form of open registration to the public. Information obtained by us, about you through our chapter registration form, is made available to all chapter members who have access to this web site. Any information you wish to remove or not made accessible to East Coast Pullers members, then you need to advise the officers of such request. Except as mention in first sentence, East Coast Pullers will not divulge your personal information to the general public, advertising agencies or anyone outside national HRRVC headquarters at any time, for any reason.
Mailing Lists East Coast Pullers mailing list is made available only to those members of East Coast Pullers who remain in good standing with the chapter and are registered users of this web site. A member in good standing with the chapter is one who has continued to pay their yearly dues and upholds the chapter bylaws. A member will be removed from the mailing list who does not stay in good standing according to HRRVC or East Coast Pullers Bylaws. The mailing list does not allow any form of open registration process and can only be added by an administrators action. Users of the mailing list have the ability to change their options on how they wish to receive mailings from the list. For more information on how to complete this, please see the 499 Member area after you have logged into this web site. To retain a members privacy, general chapter membership are not allowed to send messages through the mailing list to other members. Any message sent to the mailing list by an unauthorized user will be sent to both the President and Vice President of the chapter and then deleted. Users have the ability to be removed from the list at any time by requesting this action through the members mailing list page or contacting any officer of East Coast Pullers. We reserve the right to keep the mailing list strictly for informational e-mails to our members regarding chapter information. Non-personally identifiable information collected: When visitors come to the Web site, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages were visited, the order in which they were visited, and which hyperlinks were "clicked." Collecting such information involves the logging of IP addresses, operating system and browser software used by each visitor to the Web Site. Although such information is not personally identifiable, we can determine from the IP address a visitor's Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity. The non-personally identifiable information we collect helps us diagnose problems with our server, administer the Web site, identify the most popular areas of the Web site, and determine the effectiveness of our promotional activities.
