Chapter members should have received an email Decemeber 1, 2006, which reminds you that your 2007 dues is now due. Our chapter year is from January 1- December 31 of each year. The email also asks that you verify with the attached roster, your information. And to update anything when you submit your dues. This is so we can keep an accurate roster and avenue to contact our members with information through out the year.

The roster did not follow through in the message sent through our mailing list. Either from our web server or mailing list issues. Therefore, you will need to log into this site and then click on the 499 Area on the left side (This shows up after you log in). You will see the direct link to the roster and information on how to open and download a copy in Adobe PDF format to your own computer.

Also included in the message was an explanation of those new members since October 1, 2006. If you are a newly registered member in our chapter since October, 1, 2006, you do not owe any dues at this time for next year (2007). Your new membership dues covers you through the 2007 year. 

Dues for the chapter is as follows:

New Members At The Time of Registration:

January 1st - March 31....................Dues is $10.00

April 1st - June 30th........................Dues is $7.50

July 1st - September 30th .............Dues is $5.00 

October 1st - December 31st ........Dues is $10.00 but covers entire following year.

For Returning or Renewing chapter members, your dues remains at  $10.00.

New members are those who have never registered with East Coast Pullers Chapter 499.

Returning Members are those who dropped their membership in our chapter, but return to the chapter at a later date.

Renewing Members are those who have had continuous membership in our chapter

So if you registred after October1, 2006, you owe the chapter nothing at this time. Otherwise, the remaining members should submit thier $10.00 dues to the chapter Secretary.
